Every batch carries a lot number from the moment it leaves the contracted field. That number follows it through four checkpoints, so any quality query can be traced back to an exact source rather than a general shipment.
Farm Selection
Contracted plots are pre-approved on soil, water source and prior input use.
Quality Inspection
Incoming lots are tested for moisture, residue and foreign matter before acceptance.
Safe Packaging
Packaging format is matched to the commodity and transit mode to protect shelf life.
Pre-Dispatch Sign-off
A final check against the buyer's spec sheet before the container is sealed.
