01

Contract Farming

We agree agronomy protocols, input standards and offtake volumes with growers ahead of the season, using zero-residue practices where the crop allows.

02

Harvesting

Field teams supervise harvest timing for peak maturity, moving cargo into climate-controlled warehousing within hours to protect freshness.

03

Processing & Packaging

Cleaning, sorting and grading to buyer spec, followed by packaging in jute, PP, vacuum-foil or carton formats depending on the commodity.

04

Shipment

Container stuffing and customs clearance through JNPT Mumbai, with real-time tracking shared through to final delivery.

Quality assurance

Testing happens before packing, not after complaints

Each lot is sampled at three points: on arrival at the warehouse, after processing, and immediately before container loading. Results are logged against the lot number, so any query can be traced back to a specific batch and field.

  • Pesticide residue and aflatoxin screening
  • Moisture, purity and foreign-matter testing
  • Microbial load testing for food-grade lots
  • Pre-shipment inspection against buyer spec sheet
Quality inspection of packed export cargo
